My Work
What learnes can expect

What LEARNERS can expect...

No more,  "This makes zero sense."  or "I'd rather be watching grass grow."  We'll get the team on track with some snazzy and engaging material tailored just for your gig!  Students not employees? I have that under control too by creating or redesigning courses exciting enough to leave the word,  procrastination a thing of the past!

Getting Things Done!

ANALYSIS

What’s really going on? We’ll run a needs analysis and identify what’s missing or just not working.  BUT, we’ll also identify what IS working. No sense in tossing it all.  Let’s work smarter not harder!  From there, we'll create a few goals if you haven't already. Then I’ll get busy learning about the target audience so I can better customize the content and training solution your team will grow from!

DESIGN

This is where the fun picks up (at least for me).  I'll create a storyboard, (aka outline) that describes the plan I think will get the job done. The end product may be an eLearning module, a job aide, an explainer video; the options are endless and often it's a combo.  A general draft storyboard is key to fewer obstacles.  It's the blueprint that allows us to make changes and revise before I begin to develop.

DEVELOP

This part can often eat up the most time. I'll check in along the way for feedback, Rewrite and rework as needed until it's just the way we imagined. In the meantime, go ahead and relax a bit!

IMPLEMENTATION

So, before we put the team to the test, I'll need to make sure the final product is ready.  Time is precious and we have little of it to spend on hiccups. A quality assurance test will tell me if a bit of tweaking is necessary or if it's go time!

EVALUATE

So, did we nail it?  This is where we find out!  I love the process to get here, however what is most important is knowing that the learning objectives have been met, and a wiser, more empowered and productive team is the result of the learner experience. Feedback from all participants, front row and back stage are critical components to ensuring continued growth.
